Job Description
Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally
Understand customer needs, investigate solutions, and offer clear guidance
Build lasting relationships by going the extra mile for every customer
Maintain high standards of privacy and data protection
Handle both routine and complex inquiries within set timeframes
Minimum ONE year of experience in a customer service or support role
Fluent in Spanish with good communication skills
Strong problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude
Adaptable to shift-based work in a multicultural environment
Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and grow.
24/7 rotational shifts (5 working days, 2 days off)
