Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to understand patient complaints and conditions, then provide suitable consultation and treatment.
Ensure treatments aim to ease pain, reduce discomfort, and achieve agreed resolutions with patients.
Handle all physiotherapy services and schedules, either at the center or for house calls, to maximize patient satisfaction.
Adjust and revise treatment plans as needed, considering patient responses, capacity, and changes in their condition.
Address patient complaints by offering clear explanations and maintaining accurate records to prevent misunderstandings.
Optimize daily schedules to accommodate changes and meet patient demands.
Participate in company-organized events.
Complete tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
Must have at least a Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy (only Physiotherapy-related courses will be considered).
Applicants with manual therapy skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Must own reliable transportation.
Strong communication skills are essential.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Basic computer skills (Word & Excel) are required.
Must be willing to work on a rotational schedule.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
