Job Description
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via calls
Deliver high-quality support, maintaining a professional and patient approach
Utilize knowledge from training to resolve queries effectively
Uphold customer satisfaction by following established procedures and de-escalation techniques
Consistently meet KPIs and quality benchmarks
Work on a rotational shift including weekends and public holidays as per business requirements
Ensure compliance with call flow and QA processes
Proficiency in Mandarin & English
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
Strong communication and active listening skills
Flexibility to work rotational shifts
Passion for providing outstanding customer experiences
