Client Service Representative

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and ensuring seamless project delivery? We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will serve as the essential link between project development and production, making sure everything moves smoothly from order placement through to fulfillment and delivery.

As the voice of our company, you will
• handle order inquiries, orders processing and complaints
• resolve issues with care and empathy, and ensure every client feels valued and understood.
• collaborate closely with our sales and internal teams to share client feedback, improve our services, and maintain a flawless customer journey.

 stays highly organized even during busy times
 excited to contribute to a growing beauty manufacturing company
 experience in cosmetics or familiarity with ERP systems is a strong advantage, but above all, we want someone who genuinely enjoys helping others.
