Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
2.Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
3.Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
4.Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
5.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Requirements:
1.Minimum SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field
2.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
3.Previous customer service experience is a plus
4.Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.( Read & write)
5.Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
