Do you have a passion for travel and customer service? Join our team in Kuala Lumpur to support passengers of a leading international airline and deliver world-class service!
Support customers in Mandarin & English via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and inquiries.
Provide professional support for special requests and passenger needs.
Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Deliver excellent service in line with airline standards.
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in Mandarin & English (minimum B2 level in English).
Diploma holder or above.
At least 1 year of customer service experience (airline/travel industry a plus).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
