Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCount accounting software, and will be responsible for:

Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Assisting with bookkeeping and basic accounting functions using AutoCount.

Coordinating office supplies and inventory management.

Preparing reports and presentations in Microsoft Office.

Supporting other departments as needed with general administrative duties.
