Job Description
Lean Admin Executive is responsible in assisting the team in processing documentations and communication in compliance with company policies and procedure
Job Summary
Review and process lease agreements and related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage the lease administration database, including the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records
Respond to tenant inquiries and provide support for lease-related issues as needed
Prepare and distribute lease-related correspondence and reports, and perform other general administrative tasks as assigned
Maintain a thorough understanding of lease agreements, company policies, and industry best practices
Skills And Experience Required
Fresh graduate with degree in property management, real estate or related is encouraged to apply or 2-3 years of experience in mall lease admin
Strong administrative skills and a passion for ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to work in fast paced environment and maintain high level of attention to detail
Excellent English communications skill
