Job Description
Marketing & Promotions
Manage the leasing of promotional spaces, kiosks, and advertising panels.
Work with tenants and exhibitors to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Oversee the quality of promotional displays and merchandise.
Advertising & Public Relations
Lead marketing efforts through various channels, including advertisements and social media.
Serve as the point of contact for media, press, agencies, and government bodies.
Write and review copy for promotional materials, such as press releases, flyers, and brochures.
Event Management
Plan and execute marketing and promotional events to drive foot traffic.
Work with management on budgeting and seek sponsorships or tenant involvement.
Evaluate events post-execution and suggest improvements.
Digital Content & Social Media
Create and update content for the mall’s website and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Ensure content is well-organized, accessible, and updated regularly.
Customer Service
Develop and enforce customer service standards to enhance the mall’s public image.
Address customer feedback, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner.
Oversee the Customer Service Counter and staff performance.
