Job Description
Printing and recording of laboratory results to customers
Typing of sample's reports/certificate
Receive, label and log samples submitted by clients
Ensure that the filing system for reports and invoices are in order.
Assist customers inquiries via phone, email and in-person
Arrange timely dispatch of completed reports or client pickup
Obtain necessary signatures from the chemist department for validation
Perform any other task that may be assigned from time to time by management
