Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Proactively explore and identify emerging business opportunities to drive company growth.
2. Engage with clients to assess their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
3. Prospect, approach, and convert leads into business deals through end-to-end sales activities.
4. Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and internal stakeholders.
5. Handle client negotiations and coordinate agreement terms with relevant parties.
6. Liaise with internal teams to track and support successful project execution.
7. Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collection.
Skills/Experience:
1. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2. Demonstrated ability in sales and negotiation, with experience in meeting or surpassing targets.
3. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
4. Strategic thinker who can analyze trends and formulate growth plans.
5. Driven, independent, and focused on achieving results.
6. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is required.
7. Fresh graduates with strong passion for business development are encouraged to apply.
