Job Description

Requirements
• At least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree, Finance or equivalent, ACCA.
• At least 1-3 years’ experience in related field.
• Fluent in English, optionally Mandarin.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel/Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently under minimal supervision.
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.

Responsibility
• To handle full set of accounts independently: AP, AR, and G/L.
• To generate and send invoice, track payments and monitor account status, follow up the overdue account.
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare and ensure the timely submission of SST (Sales and Service Tax) forms, understanding of Malaysian Tax Laws.
• Assist Audit Agents or Tax Agents in preparing reports and documentation.
• Support and collaborate on accounting activities for the Singapore office as needed.
• To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required.
• Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling.
