Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives, providing leadership and guidance, including but not limited to setting performance targets, mentoring team members, etc.
• Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the target market.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to pursue new business opportunities in the market in Malaysia and achieve sales target.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and networking.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing team and product development, to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support business development effort.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
• Report the sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership roles.
· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
· Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated and proactive with a results-driven attitude.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Fluency in English and Chinese is required, as some clients are from China; proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous.
· Willingness to travel as required.
