Job Description

Key Selling Points:

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and meet client expectations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve targeted sales objectives.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure sales and operational performance.
- Serve as the primary contact point for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Expand business with new and existing customers.
- Increase customer base by prospecting and creating new business opportunities.
- Engage with the Sales and Marketing Team to plan and implement marketing activities for customers.
- Engage with customers and users to understand their evolving needs and introduce new products and solutions.
- Gather and provide feedback on market and competitor information.
- Prepare presentation materials and conduct sessions for new and existing corporate customers and system integrators on product range and new products.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and maintain contact with existing and potential customers.

Requirements:
- Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently with initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Solutions-oriented attitude with a desire for progress.
- Strong command of English, Malay, and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Salary:
3.000,00 MYR Monthly
