4)Patient records: Recording treatment information, medical and dental histories, and vital signs
5) Appointments: Scheduling appointments and sending reminders
6) Office administration: Answering phones, unpacking supplies, and completing insurance forms
7) Post-operative instructions: Providing pre- and post-operative instructions for patient
