Job Description

ABLE WORK MONDAY- FRIDAY ( 5 WORKING DAY AND 2 DAYS OFF)
ABLE TO WORK PHYSICAL IN THE OFFICE AT PJ
READY TO IMMEDIATE START WORK BY OCT 2024.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
ADDRESSING INQUIRIES AND RESOLVING ISSUES RELATED TO COMPANY SERVICES, WHICH MAY INVOLVE HANDLING INBOUND CALLS, EMAILS, AND LIVE CHAT SUPPORT.
ASSISTING WITH THE MANAGEMENT OF CLIENT AND APPLICANT DATA, ENSURING ACCURACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY.
COORDINATING WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO ENSURE THAT CUSTOMER NEEDS ARE MET EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY.
PREPARING AND PROCESSING NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION RELATED TO CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS AND SERVICE DELIVERY.
IDENTIFYING AND RESOLVING CUSTOMER PROBLEMS OR CONCERNS, ESCALATING ISSUES WHEN NECESSARY.
GATHERING AND REPORTING CUSTOMER FEEDBACK TO HELP IMPROVE SERVICE QUALITY.
