Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
What you'll be doing
* Handling incoming customer enquiries and requests related to product warranties
* Processing warranty claims and returns in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all warranty-related activities
* Prepare and submit warranty reports as needed.
* Collaborating with the technical & warehouse delivery team to facilitate warranty repairs and replacements within stipulated time frame.
* Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Assisting with other administrative & operation tasks as required
What we're looking for
* Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* Experience in a similar warranty or customer support role, preferably in the retail or technology sectors
* Good understanding of warranty policies and procedures
* Proficient in using relevant software and computer systems
* Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
