Job Description

Job Duties:

1. Research, identify and prospect new business opportunities to build up the sales pipeline.
2. Talk to potential clients to understand their needs, give a system demo, and ultimately offer a solution according to their needs.
3. Regular follow ups with potential clients after the meeting/demo till closing of sales.
4. Reach weekly goals of lead generation, demo appointments and achieve sales targets assigned by the Company.
5. Have a solid understanding of MYWave’s product and services, and offer the right solution to potential clients.
6. Provide product knowledge training to other sales personnel & partners.
7. Communicate customer experience and feedback clearly to the product development team.
8. Work closely with the internal team, e.g. implementation, support, operations and finance for order fulfilment or retaining of clients.
9. Maintain proper records in CRM for reference and reporting.

Education:

At least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/ Human Resource Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.

Job Requirements:

1. Willing to travel locally and internationally for business expansion.
2. Good relationship building and networking with people.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and is a proactive learner.
4. Demonstrates clear and professional written and oral communication skills in English. Mandarin literacy would be a strong advantage.
5. Strong in presenting user stories/process flow/business solutions to stakeholders to conclude business requirements.
6. Minimum 2 years of working experience in HRIS/Payroll products would be a strong advantage.
7. Possessing basic knowledge of HR, government statutories and payroll processing is an advantage.
Salary:
3.500,00 MYR Monthly
