Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and general banking services.
- Provide information about bank products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure customer confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (Speaking + Writing)
- Fluent Mandarin (Speaking)
- Minimum education requirement: SPM
- Experience in customer service in a banking or financial environment would be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Candidates must be willing to commute to the office: Petaling Jaya
