Job Description
The role will require the jobholder to provide full support and take responsibility for the day-to-day Community Management (CM) across all company’s social media channels i.e. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc, including the company’s Hub Community platform, with the aim of providing best-in-class customer experience / engagement on social media.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A successful candidate will have to:
• Handle all social media interactions including:
Helping customers with their service issues, providing accurate information and ensuring closure for all cases, including those escalated outside of the team.
Engaging customer on our social media properties (contests, content, etc) to drive +ve feedback
Social media monitoring around brand sentiment and reputation
• Moderate the content and engage the members on our community forum.
• Pick up trending issues and report them expeditiously to the team leader.
• Help with social media coverage of events (e.g. Facebook Live) on-ground or remotely.
• Help with ad-hoc projects and tasks (social media & customer care related)
• Edit, proofread, and distribute content in a multi-channel environment
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Diploma from an accredited institution with at least 2-3 years of experience in customer service in the telecommunications industry preferred.
2. Experience and knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn.
3. Capable of handling 2 to 3 concurrent chat when doing support.
4. Understanding of Social Media Marketing is a plus point.
5. Ability to work independently and with initiative.
6. Excellent English comprehension (SPM or SPTM with at least B grade) and writing skills.
7. Emotionally intelligent.
8. Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays) and be flexible with overtime.
POSITION TITLE:
(A) CSE (ENGLISH, BM) – SG PROJECT
SALARY: RM2000.00 (BASIC) + *RM 400.00 (NIGHT SHIFT ALLOWANCE) + *RM 500.00 (KPI)
WORKING HOURS: 7.00am – 3.00am (Rotational shift)

(B) CSE (ENGLISH, MANDARIN) – SG PROJECT
SALARY: RM2800.00 (BASIC) + *RM400.00 (NIGHT SHIFT ALLOWANCE) *RM 500.00 (KPI)
WORKING HOURS: 7.00am – 3.00am (Rotational shift)
