Job Description
●Exceed customer expectations by providing excellent service and accurate information.
●Work in a team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Requirements:
●At least SPM qualification.
●Proficient in English (ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage).
●Minimum 1 year of experience in the service industry is preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
●Full training provided for those new to the call center industry.
●Must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor.
