Company Description:
Sireh Emas Marketing Sdn Bhd SHAH ALAM No. 9-11, Blok B, Jalan Saujana Indah 8 To execute and coordinate implementation of brand plans and marketing campaigns. Assist in development for point-of-sale communication materials and ensure materials produced meet the campaign objectives. Constantly monitor performance of brand activities and provide recommendation to correct performance shortfalls where necessary. Assist in manage brand activity budget and spend, to ensure that the team derives the best value from marketing spend and are within the budget limits. Assist in consumer’s research and analyze data to conclude the findings according to the research objectives. Execute, monitor, and prepare post evaluation reports for marketing activities such as consumer contest, events roadshow and in-store activation. Assist in managing the social media platform.

Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
* To manage proposal papers, grants and participate in export activities to launch the company's development activities.
* Review, plan, implement, monitor and prepare reports on tasks towards business development whether products or services with the management team.
* Make a study of the business to be ventured, prepare relevant papers and present to the management.
* Plan and implement programs related to the company's business activities.
* Propose and prepare marketing strategies with sales and marketing teams.
* Prepare proposal papers for clients related to business / product / service development.
* Find, review and recommend new business opportunities.
* Responsible for paperwork and presentation of grant applications.
* Review, understand the terms and conditions, fill and complete each application for financial assistance (grant) to be applied through the website or contact the officer of the agency/institution concerned.
* Provide supporting documents for each application in full such as company forms, financial related documents, grant charts and quotations.
* Compile application documents and submit documents to the responsible party/issue a written letter.
* Ensure that each document has a copy for company safe keep.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.
* Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
* With at least two (2) years of working experience preferably in related field is required for this position.
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
* Well planning & organizing skills, strong analysis skill, communication skills and writing skills.
* Able to work under pressure within a tight timeline.
* Possess own transport and willing to travel when needed.
* Computer literate & have good knowledge of MS Office.

WORKING HOUR:
Monday – Friday (09:00 am – 06:00 pm)
Saturday, alternate for 2nd & 4th week (09:00 am – 01:00 pm)
Salary:
2.500,00 MYR Monthly
