Job Description
Lead and supervise the pallet production team.
Train workers and ensure safety standards are followed.
Operate wood cutting machines to cut wood to size for pallets.
Address any machine issues or production delays.
Report any quality problems to management.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure safe machine use.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Monitor wood and material inventory.
Qualifications:
Experience in pallet production or wood cutting.
Knowledge of wood cutting machines.
Attention to detail and focus on safety and quality.
Able to drive forklift is required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move materials.
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
