Job Title: Personal Assistant (Real Estate)
Location: Remote ( Around Puchong, Old Klang Road, Kuchai, Bukit Jalil, KLCC, Cheras area )
Salary: RM1800 per month

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn the ropes of the real estate business and help source properties for rent and sale in key locations such as Puchong, Old Klang Road, Kuchai, Bukit Jalil, KLCC and Cheras area

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sourcing Properties: Find amazing properties for sale or rent by researching online platforms, connecting with property owners, agents, and attending viewings.
Client Coordination: Assist in managing client communications, property listings, and appointment scheduling.
Social Media Engagement: Support our marketing efforts by creating engaging posts for platforms like Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok.
Administrative Support: Help organize documents, track property details, and maintain up-to-date records.

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for Real Estate: You don’t need to be an expert, but a love for the industry will go a long way!
Transportation: Having own transport is a must. You ll need to attend viewing appointment
Responsible & Responsive: daily work update has to be communicated efficiently
Proactive and Detail-Oriented: You take the initiative and have an eye for detail, making sure everything runs smoothly.
