Accounts Executive

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to:

1. Handle full set of accounts.
2. Responsible for filling the accounting documentation in timely and accurate manner.
3. Ensure data and records are kept in order and up to date.
4. Liaise and cooperate with internal stakeholders, auditor and relevant authority on matter pertaining to the financial matters of the Company.
5. Able to handle timely report of SST submission.
6. Run payments, invoice and maintain daily bank reconciliation. Ensure discrepancies are resolved or reported on timely basis.
7. Assist in preparation of forecasting and budgeting.
8. Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.

The ideal candidate will need to have:

1. Diploma/Professional Certificate in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. Preferably with 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Application such as MS Word and MS Excel and proficiency in computerized accounting system (AutoCount & ERP system)
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
5. Meticulous, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner & prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
6. Dynamic, self-motivated and a Team Player
7. Proactive and versatile with strong initiative as well as the ability to work independently
8. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
9. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
10.Good communication and interpersonal skills
