Job Description
Beacon Hospital Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Finance Senior Executive to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time role, you will play a vital part in supporting the company's financial accounting and reporting functions.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Analyse financial data and provide insightful reports to support decision-making
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate financial information
Support the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and controls
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in the healthcare industry
Proficient in the preparation and analysis of financial statements
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, standards, and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data
Proficient in the use of financial software and MS Office applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CPA, or CIMA) is an advantage
