Job Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our team at BINBIN BOX TRANSPORT SERVICES, a leading spare parts logistics company. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of our office, supporting executives and facilitating effective communication within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Issue invoices, receipts, credit notes, debit notes, cash bill and statements to customers/ suppliers.
• Ensure and clear of all pricing offered to all customers/ suppliers.
• Manage documentation and organize filing properly.
• Record daily petty cash inflow and outflow.
• Update, key in and off set the invoices, receipts, credit notes, debit notes, cash bill and statements in Biztory (accounting system) day-to-day in organize.
• Issue payment voucher and record all outflow expenses accordingly.
• Effective and respect customers/ suppliers.
• Liaise between managing director and customers/ suppliers.
• Create new customers/ suppliers profile in Biztory.
• Ensure all documents print out correctly and handover to drivers daily before closing time.
• Well communicate with other colleagues, customers and suppliers.
• Prepare and update daily and monthly sales report to managing director.
• Complete all ad-hoc tasks that assigned by superior and managing director.
Qualifications:
1. SPM/ STPM/ Foundation/ Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Logistics/ Supplu Chain Management or related field.
2. Proven experience in administrative roles with successful office management track record.
3. Strong organizational/multitasking skills; excellent communication/interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) & relevant software tools like inventory management systems if applicable.
5. Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
This role requires strong coordination skills across departments within the organization while ensuring seamless logistical support operations are maintained efficiently throughout the company's activities involving spare parts distribution and storage management processes.
- Salary:
- RM 2,300.00 Monthly
