Job Description

Job Summary:
· The Preschool Teacher is responsible for teaching, planning, and assessing the development of young children in a group setting. This includes teaching the curriculum, developing lesson plans, and assessing each student’s progress.
· The Preschool Teacher is also responsible for safety, monitoring the children and responding to emergencies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• ·Plan and implement lesson as outlined in the curriculum.
• ·Provide age-appropriate supervision and discipline for children in accordance with the school’s policies and procedures.
• ·Foster a safe and comfortable environment through positive and encouraging words and actions to help the children feel comfortable with their surroundings.
• ·Observe and assess the progress of the children’s development.
• ·Ensure all the necessary paperwork is completed according to the school’s policies and procedures.
• ·Attend staff meetings and trainings as needed.
• ·Any ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
• 1 year working experience in Preschool is an added advantage.
• • Must have the patience and passion to work with young children.
• Passionately teach the creatively tailored curriculum set by Headquarter as well as create equally creative lesson plans.
• Possess a positive attitude and adaptability.
