Job Description
2. Prepare Delivery Order in system for order delivery
3. Ensure the price list is constantly updated.
4. Create Invoice and bill customers upon confirmation of completed delivery.
5. Work with company and 3rd party transportation for delivery arrangement
6. Work closely with other parties both external and internal to ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
7. Ensure customer Purchase Order and delivery documents are documented and filled properly.
8. Monitor daily deliveries and solve logistic issues as and when required.
9. Work with warehouse for inventory stock level
10. Diligently solve any issues with invoicing and create Credit Note (CN) / Debit Note (DN) where necessary.
11. Prepare ISO document for logistic department
12. Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.

- RM 2,500.00 Monthly
