Job Description
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing their orders.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the customer experience and boost sales.
Ensure customers are satisfied with their orders and address any concerns promptly.
Order Taking & Preparation:
Accurately take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen or preparation area.
Prepare ingredients and ensure they are ready for use in the preparation of food items.
Assist in the baking and assembly of Eggettes, ensuring product quality and presentation.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, including food preparation areas, seating areas, and restrooms.
Ensure all equipment is cleaned and properly stored after each shift.
Follow proper hygiene and safety practices to maintain a safe working environment.
Stock Management:
Assist in arranging and organizing stock, ensuring that inventory is well-kept and easily accessible.
Monitor stock levels and inform management when items need replenishment.
Ensure that all food and supplies are stored according to health and safety standards.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth service and operations.
Assist in other tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the outlet.
