Job Description

Order Management:
- Receive and process customer orders via email, phone, or online platforms.
- Validate order details including pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
- Enter accurate data into ERP or order management systems.

Coordination & Communication:
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or issues.
- Resolve discrepancies or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Documentation & Reporting:
- Generate invoices, delivery notes, and other shipping documents.
- Maintain updated records of orders, payments, and customer interactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order processing status.

System Management:
- Work with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, etc.) for order processing.
- Ensure accuracy of data input and regular system updates.

Customer Service:
- Provide post-sales support to customers.
- Handle returns, replacements, and refunds as per company policy.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Salary:
RM 2,500.00 Monthly
