Job Description

• Key recruitment KPI for new agency and POS
• Monitor, maintain and report respective area KPI
• Actively travel within designated territory to conduct regular assessments and manage POSM plus sales tools kit for agents/POS.
• Uphold high levels of customer service, product knowledge and agency pitch plus compliance.
• Biz Development for partnership with agent and other community such as temple wedding , etc
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers or business partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, and market feedback.
• Plan and execute area-specific sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Conduct regular visits to clients, retailers, or distributors to ensure engagement and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and supply chain to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Provide timely reports and updates on area performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Salary:
RM 4,500.00 Monthly
