Job Description
performance in terms of revenue and tickets
• Maximize business relationship and sales
opportunities within the region
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of
respective regional Sales team by establishing
processes and ensuring its adherence
• Provide and ensure leadership to Area exec of
designated region
• Hire, coach and develop regional Sales team
• Actively plan and conduct meetings with Agency
Stay abreast on new marketing & sales trends.
• Regional Biz plan and AOP for Region
