Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the coordination of both in-house and public training courses, encompassing tasks such as sourcing training programs, managing course registrations, securing venues, maintaining comprehensive training records, preparing documentation for HRDF grants and claims, and addressing HRDF queries when necessary.
2. Support leave administration by accurately inputting leave details, including medical expenses, into the payroll system for both staff and workers, while also managing staff attendance records.
3. Assist in checking overtime records and attendance records for all staff in the Company.
4. Coordinate the planning and execution of the company's staff engagement activities, including but not limited to annual dinners and festive celebrations.
5. Maintain the Healthmetrics and Grab for Business systems by regularly updating staff movement records, analyzing monthly usage, and managing related invoices as needed by the immediate superior.
6. Facilitate administrative preparations for new staff members, including setting up workstations, managing parking arrangements, and ensuring access to office facilities.
7. Coordinating with vendors and Site PIC on Face Scan Machine matters, including installation, repair, troubleshooting, and invoice payments.
8. Regularly monitor, maintain, and update the HR database and employee personal files to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
9. Undertake any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:-
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in HR Generalist role.
3. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
4. Good communication skills and able to communicate in English, Bahasa Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
5. Ability to meet deadlines.
6. Understanding of labor laws and regulatory would be an added advantage.
Salary:
RM 3,500.00 Monthly
