Job Description
Develop company-wide human resource strategies and organizational development plans
Create and improve HR policies related to compensation, recruitment, and training
retention mechanism for stable and harmonious labor relations
Manage employment contracts, employee records, social security, and other HR-related documentation
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee payroll, benefits, employee relations and performance management
Ensure compliance with local labor laws
Foster a positive and dynamic workplace culture
Handle Mandarin communication with regional teams
Others (if required)
【Job Requirements】
Proficient in Mandarin for effective team communication
A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields
At least 3 years of HR management experience, fluent in Malay, Mandarin, and English
Proficient in Malaysian labor laws and regulations, with in-depth knowledge of HR functions
Strong planning and execution skills
Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities
Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
