Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1) Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages with precision and consistency
2) Engage warmly with customers, providing excellent service and product knowledge
3) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and café area
4) Operate brewing equipment, grinders, and espresso machines with care
5) Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
6) Assist in opening and closing duties, restocking, and inventory management
7) Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are always met
8) Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the brand's values
9) Willingness to travel and work overtime during event
Requirements
1) Prior experience as a barista or in F&B is preferred (but we’re open to passionate learners too!)
2) Strong interest in coffee and willingness to continuously learn
3) Friendly, approachable, and great at communication
4) Able to work in a fast-paced environment
5) Responsible, punctual, and a strong team player
6) Basic knowledge of espresso machines and brewing methods is a plus
