Job Description
• Monitor, Control and manage the e-commerce system and market place system.
• Organising promotions, liaising with shipping companies and making advertising decisions.
• Monitor the products and pricing at the E- Commerce website and marketplace.
• Order management (generate reports and check payment status periodically).
• Responds to all customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Resolve all inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty.
