Job Description
Develop and execute franchise recruitment strategies to meet business expansion targets.
Identify and engage potential franchisees through market research, networking, and leveraging existing resources.
Conduct negotiations with prospects, address concerns, and finalize partnership agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, marketing, legal) to ensure seamless onboarding and store setup for franchisees.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine recruitment strategies.
Maintain and expand a database of qualified leads and franchise partners.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in franchise recruitment, business development, or sales roles within the F&B (food & beverage), retail, or chain restaurant industries.
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and drive data-driven decisions.
Proven success in channel development and achieving sales/franchise recruitment targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Resources:
Existing network of potential franchisees or investors in the F&B/retail sector is a strong advantage.
