Job Description

Responsible for construction materials' laboratory tests arrangement.
负责施工材料实验室试验安排。
Manage on-site construction works, materials and document arrangement.
管理现场施工工程，材料和文件安排。
Support the project team in planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the structural / architectural works.
支持项目组对结构/建筑工程进行规划，调度，指导和协调。
Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out according to local regulations and requirements.
确保现场施工按照当地的规定和要求进行。
Liaise with clients and local authorities for project related matters and requirements.
与客户和当地主管部门就项目相关事宜和要求进行联络。
Coordinate work with other disciplines such as mechanical, electrical and others.
与其他部门协调工作，如机械，电子等。
Attending technical meetings with authorities / contractors.
与当局/承包商参加技术会议。
Ensure that all engineering documentation is done in accordance with document control standards.
确保所有工程文档都按照文档控制标准完成。
Liaise and confirm construction drawings / plans from consultants.
与顾问联络并确认施工图/计划。
Interpret designs, drawings and special requirements used in construction.
解释施工中使用的设计，图纸和特殊要求。
Oversee sub-contractor performance to ensure work is carried out in line with the overall master program.
监督分包商的业绩，以确保工作按照总体硕士课程进行
Ensure safety provisions are performed according to procedures.

Facilitate good communication, feedback and motivation among construction team.
促进施工队之间的良好沟通、反馈和激励。
Plan and develop the temporary works design concept with Site Team.
与现场团队一起规划和制定临时工程设计概念。
Liaise with Professional Engineer (P.E) for detail design & endorsement and submission to Consultant for review and approval.
与专业工程师 (P.E) 联络以进行详细设计和认可，并提交给顾问进行审查和批准。
