Job Description

able to speak Mandarin fluently

To assist in execution all aspect of Architectural activities.
协助执行建筑活动的各个方面。
To coordinate with Architecture sub-contractors to ensure smooth, effective and productive and timely completion of project.
与建筑分包商进行协调，以确保顺利，有效，富有成效和及时地完成项目。
To coordinate or witness the site inspection and testing activities.
协调或见证现场检查和测试活动。
To be able to identify and resolve problems effectively.
能够有效地识别和解决问题。
To collect and compile all records and submit to Architectural Engineer or Consultant.
收集并整理所有记录并提交给建筑工程师或顾问。
To maintain good house-keeping.
保持良好的内务管理。
To ensure the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) system procedures are implemented on the projects.
确保在项目上执行ISO 45001 职业健康与安全 (OH&S)系统程序。
Perform any other project duties as assigned by the superior.
执行上级指派的其他任何项目职责。
