Job Description

We are seeking talented and driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic team at Starus Hotel Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, this is a full-time position that will see you play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and success.

What you'll be doing

Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within assigned territories
Conducting face-to-face meetings with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business and referrals
Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to customer inquiries
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Continuously expanding your product knowledge and staying up to date with industry trends
Achieving the target of sales results given by the management
Promoting banquet events through special offers and new promotional rates to customers
Holding regular sales visits (including hotel inspection) to cultivate good working relationships with all customers
Managing social media related to EVENTS (Hotel Website, Hotel Facebook & Hotel Instagram, etc.)
Preparing daily sales reports to compile and submit to the HOS every day
Presenting a summary of the sales visit to the HOS before and after the visit is completed during the morning briefing
Keeping a database record of sales accounts for reference
Preparing quotations, confirmations, and pro forma invoices to clients
Visiting and making contracts with customers
Conducting hotel inspections and entertaining customers during their visits to hotels
Connecting with customers about events
Familiar with hotel computer system control and application
Being well informed about the daily operations of key departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Department and others
Closely observing matters related to competition such as sites, prices, and services offered on a regular-quarterly or more frequent basis
Salary:
RM 3,000.00 Monthly
