Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and visionary Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Starus Hotel Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets across various market segments.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team fostering a high-performance culture to maximize productivity and success.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Front Office, Revenue Management, Marketing and F&B) to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, event planners and corporate partners to secure long-term partnerships.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing the hotel’s unique offerings.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Forecast sales, set team goals, and develop action plans to meet and exceed revenue and occupancy objectives.
Implement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency, streamline workflow, and enhance productivity.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging markets, and best practices in hotel sales and revenue management.
