Job Description
2. Perform monthly collection and monitoring of sales account.
3. Conduct customer analysis and market survey for business development.
4. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
5. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
6. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
7. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
8. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
9. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material.
10. Analysing customer’s data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers
11. Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products
12. Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales
13. Responsible for checking on the customer artwork.
14. To act on any other responsibilities and duties as may be directed from time to time.

- RM 2,000.00 Monthly
