Job Description

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia

Work Schedule: This is a full-time hybrid role with remote work Monday to Friday, and a required on-site presence every Saturday morning (half-day).
Monday to Friday – Remote (Executive Support)
Saturday (Half Day) – On-Site in Iskandar Puteri (Customer Support)
5.5 Days per Week
Salary: RM 3,500 per month

What You’ll Do
Weekday (Remote) – Executive Assistant
Serve as the right-hand to company leadership
Manage calls, WhatsApp, and emails with professionalism and urgency
Coordinate internal and external communications across teams and clients
Handle Google Calendar scheduling, meetings, and reminders
Maintain client/contact databases and organize digital files
Document workflows, SOPs, and admin processes
Track tasks and project timelines to ensure follow-through
Spot operational gaps and propose smart improvements
Uphold a high standard of clarity, efficiency, and ownership

Saturday (On-Site) – Client Support
Welcome and assist customers during swim sessions
Act as the liaison between clients, team members, and instructors
Handle walk-in queries, appointment follow-ups, or rescheduling
Capture client insights to inform improvements in service and ops
Represent our brand and culture with warmth, clarity, and care
Support coaches with light setup/teardown of equipment and materials as needed

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
At least 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or or in a similar administrative support role.; background in customer service is a valuable plus.
Fluent in English – written and spoken
Able to confidently handle communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Tech-savvy and experienced with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to multitask and work independently in a remote setup
Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional manner
Must have a reliable laptop/computer, high-speed internet, and headset
Based in or willing to travel to Iskandar Puteri every Saturday
