What You’ll Learn & Experience
As an HR & Business Administration Intern, you will be involved in a wide range of real-life HR and office management functions that are crucial to the operations of a growing company:
1.HR & Resource Management
-Assist in workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
-Participate in screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and hiring processes.
2.Employee Onboarding & Training
-Help onboard new hires, manage orientation sessions, and ensure smooth integration.
-Monitor attendance records and support training initiatives.
3.HR Operations & Payroll Management
-Support monthly payroll processing and HR documentation.
-Assist in maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance and fairness.
4.Office Management & Housekeeping
-Help oversee general office operations and support a clean, productive work environment.
-Coordinate with vendors and manage office supplies, maintenance, and cleanliness.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome passionate, responsible, and eager-to-learn individuals who are:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
- Keen to develop a career in HR, operations, or office management.
-Available for a minimum 3-month internship.
