Job Description
1. Lead and supervise the service team during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
2. Maintain outlet cleanliness, food presentation, and service standards at all times.
3. Ensure all staff follow company policies, SOPs, and hygiene protocols.
4. Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively and professionally.
5. Support Admin in attendance tracking, and staff performance monitoring.
6. Assist in training new staff and coaching team members on best practices.
7. Monitor stock usage, report inventory needs, and help coordinate supply requests.
8. Perform daily opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reporting.
9. Communicate operational updates, incidents, or maintenance needs to Admin promptly.
Requirements
- No experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle customer service issues calmly and professionally.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Responsible, reliable, and a team player.
- Must obtain:
~ Typhoid injection
~ Food Handling Certificate
~ Halal Awareness Training
(Required before joining; can be completed after joining at own expense. Company can provide advance if needed.)
