Job Description

WE'RE HIRING: ADMIN ASSISTANT (KUALA LUMPUR)

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and organize company documents & records
Perform front desk duties – attend calls, guests & couriers
Handle filing, data entry, and general admin tasks
Assist in preparing reports, letters & memos
Maintain office supplies and ensure cleanliness of reception/meeting areas
Support team with daily operations and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:
Male/ Female preferred, age 20–35
Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and handle multitasking
Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Experience in admin or front desk is an added advantage
Salary:
RM 1,700.00 Monthly
