Japanese Content Moderator (Gaming)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

About the Role:
We're seeking experienced Native Japanese Content Moderators to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of online gaming content.
Responsibilities:
- Review user flagging reports regarding website content
- Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements
- Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside of established policies
- Use market-specific knowledge to improve user community support
- Review sensitive content, including graphic or disturbing subjects
Requirements:
- Native Japanese speaker
- At least 1 year of experience in Content Moderation or Customer Service
- High school diploma, degree, or equivalent
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment (5 days on, 2 days off)
