Job Description
Supervise equipment installation, commissioning, problem solving and line maintenance
Assigning workflow assignments and shift schedules. Production planning and cost controls.
Ensuring production follows safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
Inspecting production outputs according to company specifications.
Identifying and troubleshooting production output issues. As team player, lead to resolve inter-departmental conflict.
Making production performance and progress reports, for management.
Enforcing Environment-Safety-and Health (ESH), company, industry, and government regulations.
Bilingual skills for oral and written, ability to speak Chinese is added advantage
