Job Description
2. Create and develop new procedures and processes
3. Collect data for analysis to uncover areas for improvements and innovation
4. Analyze, evaluate, and test new and existing processes
5. Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures
6. Examine existing processes and suggest improvements
7. Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations
8. Contribute to the development of health and safety standards
9. Clearly communicate ideas and findings to management and colleagues
10. Assist teams in carrying out the implementation of the procedures you design
11. Involve in new Product Development
Bilingual skills for oral and written, ability to speak Chinese is added advantage
